Found an issue with your order? ‘Fashion people’ is here to help you.

  • Products could be returned within a period of 15 days of the purchase.
  • The item to be returned should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clear of any cosmetic marks along with all the original tags attached.
  • To return the product, you can either click on easy returns or write us at care@usfashionpeople.com along with your order number.
  • Amount of INR 126/- would be deducted if the invoice value (after return) is less than INR 999/- against the shipping charges.
  • Mention the RMA number on the outer packing while shipping the return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We suggest you to obtain a tracking number for all the returned orders as Fashion People do not hold the responsibility of the lost returns.
  • Items purchased from ‘Sale’ are not eligible for reverse pickup and the customer has to bear the return shipping cost.

Self Ship

Need a refund or exchange at the earliest?  Self ship your order to us!!

  • Quickest and easiest option for returns, self ship could be initiated by clicking on the EASY RETURNS and adding the order details.
  • You can also write us at care@usfashionpeople.com if you are unable to use the EASY RETURN
  • Once a return request is submitted, we would send you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) email with all the return details. This RMA number needs to be mentioned on the outer packing to ensure that we easily trace your details
  • We request you to self-ship the product with reliable and trackable courier services such as First Flight, DTDC and blaze Flash to assure a safe return.
  • An additional amount of INR 50/- per 500gms would be added to your total refund amount in case of self ship.

Reverse Pick Up

  • Once you initiate a return and receive the RMA email, you can self ship the product to us. However, if you are unable to self-ship, write us back requesting a reverse pick. We will get back to you within next 24 hrs after receiving your email.
  • This method of return is a little time consuming as external factors are involved in it. Be patient while we process your refund. Once you request a reverse pick up, we would intimate our third party courier service to pick up the product your location.
  • Some locations are non-serviceable for reverse pickup from us. In such a case, we could request you to either provide us with an alternate serviceable address or opt for a self-ship.

Refund Processing Time

  • The process of refund is initiated once the merchandise reaches our warehouse.
  • The refund takes approximately 24-48 hours to process.
  • Once your refund is processed, you would receive an email notification.
  • To track your return status, you can navigate to EASY RETURNS.
  • All refunds are made only in the original mode of payment.
  • COD orders are refunded through NEFT directly in your bank account. For COD orders, we request you to provide us the Bank Name, Account number and IFSC code while replying on the RMA email.
  • Please make a note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly statement.

Gift Returns

  • If you are a loved one and have received Fashion people product as a gift (directly shipped to you). You would receive a ‘Fashion People coupon code’ for the value of refund amount that could be redeemed against your next online shopping with us.
  • To initiate a return of gifted merchandise, click on EASY RETURN.
  • Gift coupon would be emailed only after receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

Exchange

For all orders, exchange could be initiated only once. Contact  care@usfashionpeople.com for your exchange query.

Coupon Code

All purchases using coupon code / discount code are non returnable.

Wrong Item

Although almost impossible, if a wrong product is shipped to you, no shipping charges would be levied. To return the wrong product, you can write us at care@usfashionpeople.com with the order number and rest everything will be taken care by our customer support.

Cancellation 

In case you want to cancel your order, do it within 4 hours. For this, you can contact our customer support team at care@usfashionpeople.com with order number and rest everything would be taken care of.
